Marrott Equine was founded in 2023, driven by a deep passion for equine reproduction and a commitment to enhancing the standards of equine veterinary medicine.

Dr. Marrott and his wife Jamie have dedicated their lives to the veterinary field, driven by a deep passion for animals. Growing up in Colorado, Dr. Marrott was immersed in the world of cutting horses, where he learned the intricacies of breeding and raising these remarkable animals. This early experience ignited his desire to become an equine veterinarian specializing in reproduction, allowing him to blend his love for horses with his professional aspirations.

Jamie, a small animal veterinarian, complements Dr. Marrott's expertise with her own passion for caring for dogs, cats, and other small creatures. Together, they have created an environment that not only fosters their individual careers but also nurtures a family life rich with animal companionship.

Their daughter Ava is being raised in a home that celebrates this love for animals. Surrounded by horses, dogs, and cats, she is bound to develop a profound connection with a variety of species.

Dr. Marrott graduated with highest honors from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. He completed his clinical year at Texas A&M School of Biomedical Sciences and Veterinary Medicine.

Following graduation, Dr. Marrott dedicated two years to an internship in Kentucky, where he honed his expertise at Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital. During this time, he gained valuable knowledge in equine reproduction, general care, and sports medicine. His experience positioned him to address the evolving needs of equine health, allowing him to provide comprehensive care to horses in various disciplines.
